- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Processing time does not include shipping or delivery time.
If payment isn’t confirmed, your order doesn’t move forward. Simple.
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship within India only.
- Delivery availability may vary depending on your location and courier service coverage.
If your area isn’t serviceable, the order may be canceled and refunded.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout.
- Charges may vary based on order value, delivery location, or promotional offers.

Estimated Delivery Time

If tracking hasn’t updated for 24–48 hours, that’s normal. Don’t panic.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
- Orders returned due to incorrect address, unreachable customer, or failed delivery attempts may incur re-shipping charges.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting shipping and handling costs.
Mistakes in address = your responsibility, not ours.
Damaged or Missing Items
- If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos or videos of the package and product for verification.
- Claims raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.
